How does tracking work?

Your link sets a 30-day cookie. Any purchase from that browser inside the window is credited to you, whichever page they land on first. The most recent affiliate link clicked gets the credit, and referring yourself doesn't count.

When and how do I get paid?

Commissions unlock 30 days after the sale, covering the refund window. Unlocked balance pays out via PayPal once it reaches $50, or you can convert it to report credits (1 credit per $8) at any time, with no minimum for credits.
